Residential Plan

  • 100% Commission!!
  • $48 per month (includes GAMLS and FMLS)
  • $300 per transaction 
 

NEW LICENSE/NOT PRACTICED in GAFor 1 + Year or 0 Transactions

  • 60/40 Commission Split with Mentor on 1st 3 transactions then MX1 fee from your 60%.
  • Required to take 25 Hr Post License Class.
  • Not practiced in 2+ yrs, split will be 80/20 for 1 Transaction.

Commercial Plan

  • Agent Retails 92% in a 92/8 Split
  • $48 per month
 
$10 Royalty fee per transaction (no cap) – Residential and Commercial   All individual plans have a Non-Guaranteed Annual Cap of $6,000 so you do not over pay the brokerage. What that means is that out of your transaction fees, you will never pay more than $6,000 in a year. If you pay less, you DO NOT pay the difference. $6,000 a year is our ceiling compared to many other brokers charging $12k, $18k or more with no cap at all.

E & O Insurance and Technology Fee

Our E & O Insurance is $242/year. This can be paid in 1 payment or you can pay it in 3 installments on your first 3 monthly office bills. If you choose the installment option, then the fee is $270 or $90/month.  We have a one-time technology fee of $50 when you join our company. This fee is to get you set up in all of our back offices systems.   We are a paperless company, so all transactions are uploaded into Paperless Pipeline (Transaction System).

This Company is literally run by its Associates. A volunteer group is chosen to serve as our Board of Directors. Associates are involved in all decision making and in the finances of the Company. Board Members understand that great leaders are not elitists, but are servants.
